We only accept exchanges, the notice of EXCHANGE must be actioned within 7 days of receipt. 

Items should be sent back in its original state and an EXCHANGE address will be provided upon request. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return. Please note that all items are inspected before they are shipped. We have size guides on the products so please use that as guidance.

Swimwear cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

Orders cannot be cancelled once concluded on the website as we would be in the processing stage with our suppliers already.
